Tango Tandem
Privacy
Tango Tandem is a curated dining service in Barcelona. This note explains what we collect when you ask for a seat, and why a curator can see it.
What you send us
The application asks for your name, age, gender, who you would like to meet, languages, preferred neighborhood and evenings, dinner format, budget, food and wine preferences, occupation, a short description of your vibe, a Telegram username, an optional WhatsApp number, and an optional Instagram username. A portrait is optional. If you add one, it is stored as an image file and shown only to the curator, never to the other guest. We store the application in a PostgreSQL database with the status of your request. After a dinner, the private invitation page can store a rating from 1 to 5 and a short note.
Who sees it
Curators receive the application in a private Telegram chat so they can approve, waitlist, decline, or propose a match. We do not sell the list, and we do not publish profiles. Your companion does not receive your application. The dinner is blind until you are at the table.
How long it stays
We keep an application while it is useful for matching and for remembering how an evening went. You can ask us to delete it. Write to the curator on the Telegram account that confirms seats, or through the community channel linked from the homepage, and include the name and username on the application.
The basis
We process these details to review your request and, if we accept it, to arrange a dinner. That is the service you asked for. You must be 18 or older to apply.
